Queima das Fitas 2016

This week Coimbra commemorates Queima das Fitas, which begins next Thursday night (May 5th) with Serenata Monumental and runs until May 13th. Queima das Fitas is a traditional and very emblematic academic festival that is celebrated every year in the first two weeks of May, near the end of the academic year at the University of Coimbra!
